Above this, a robust timber frame with 100mm PIR insulation and moisture resistant flooring creates a stable, thermally efficient base ideal for a quiet and professional insulated garden bar.
High Quality Walls & Roof
Built from kiln dried timber and reinforced with OSB board, our walls and roofs are designed to handle the elements. With 100mm PIR roof insulation and 90mm in the walls, your insulated garden room stays warm in winter and cool in summer, a must have for year round work in Surrey.
Premium Doors & Windows
Every garden entertainment room includes toughened, double glazed doors and windows. French doors are included as standard, with optional upgrades to sliding, bifolds or corner glazing for added light and style. All units meet modern safety and energy efficiency standards.
Electrical Setup
We install four internal downlights, four double sockets (perfect for TVs, gaming, fridges and sound systems), external feature lighting, a dimmable double switch for mood control and a 1500W wall heater - all professionally connected to your home’s power supply with full electrical certification for complete peace of mind.
Thermowood Cladding & Maintenance Free Rear
As standard, we fit sustainably sourced Thermowood cladding to the visible walls, offering natural resistance to weather and decay. For areas often hidden from view, like the rear wall, we use anthracite box metal sheeting, a zero-maintenance solution for the hard to reach areas.
